Flushing, NY—For the month of December Kehilat would like to welcome their new interns from the Hellenic American Neighborhood Action Committee (HANAC). They will be added to their team of WLG interns who will all be starting their full time work on site in the coming week. The interns will be working under the supervision of the management staff: Rabbi Nisanov, Matt Seifman, and Nina Khaimova. They will also be working under the Pantry’s senior staff who will be training them in the pantry’s operations and enforcing expectations to help build a strong work ethic in them. They wish them luck and look forward to the great things they know these interns will do for the community.
